transitional recipe...raw stirfry salad

Now this recipe is obviously not raw, but the stirfry part is!


chop veggies and greens up small

i used chives, tat-soi, romaine, rainbow chard, kale, chive flowers, dill flowers, carrots, snap peas, some pecans, some cooked (cooled,) brown rice...toss together with some tamari, and some sesame oil and a vinaigrette:
 made with some dijon, honey, olive oil, cider vinegar, basil, garlic powder, and sea salt...it pairs fabulously with salmon and it's beautiful if you add saffron and turmeric to your brown rice!
