raw dressing

Delicious!!!  Blend together juice of one organic lemon...tablespoon raw honey...tablespoon organic
tamari add an inch of organic ginger...a clove of organic garlic and 1/3 cup cold pressed organic olive oil or more to taste...it's a light summery delight!  I love a salad topped with some cold brown rice or quinoa and a drizzle of this dressing for dinner...it's a recipe from the raw food detox diet and it's fabulous.
I also like to throw in some carrots and sesame oil for a twist.  It is more of a sauce with the carrot which makes it a great raw veggie dip...enjoy!
