coconut treats to die for! (almost.)

For this recipe I use all raw and all organic ingredients
, with the exception of sea salt, as it cannot be called organic.
For Bonnie! 
In a food processor...put some nuts...1+ cups and pulse till they're the size of sharpie tips.  Add a cup+ of dried unsweetened coconut, pulse or process again until the pieces are uniform...add 9 or 10 pitted dates and about a third cup of coconut butter, a dash of sea salt and a dash of vanilla...pulse until it will hold together  when pushed up against the side of the processor bowl with the back of a spoon...this is the crust!

In your Vitamix, blend honey, cacao, and coconut butter until thick and smooth...to taste...I like it kind of bitter to compliment the sweetness of the crust...this is the filling!

You could make individual tarts as I chose to or a large one for a party!  Top with raspberries...enjoy
