Raw diet complications. We had a fight, and we broke up...forever.

Well, there are some problems with deficiencies as of late. Not sure
where those come from, but I am not feeling well...very low energy. I am suffering from yeast overgrowth, and I heard this is common with a mostly vegetarian diet if you are eating too much fruit and carbs. So now, without going on antibiotics, (which I REFUSE to do ever again because it will wipe out all of the good critters in my body,) the only other option is to completely change my diet. The research continues.... hahahahahaha, what a comical turn of events!

I did the 30 days with no coffee easily, then I had two cups, and promptly decided to quit caffeine for a long time...I kicked it out! Not saying I will NEVER have caffeine again...just taking a break/we broke up too. Wow, are there a lot of broken hearts out there, or I am a food floozie?!

My foodie studies remain totally in favor of non processed, organic, and gmo free, but meat is back on the table in the form of wild salmon, halibut, and grass fed wild deer, antelope, moose, whatever...it has to be, or I'd starve.
I do wish our health care system would help us in the dietary department. I have so many questions and would like some help identifying the deficiencies that I have so that I could be more...me.
this help is called: a naturopathic doctor...
You've never heard of one? Yeah, neither had I. They are true doctors...they go to school with medical doctors, but they branch off and learn how to fix problems with diet and sometimes supplementation, instead of prescription drugs! I just learned about them...i'll keep you "posted."

  1. Deficiencies and low energy levels are not common with a well-balanced plant based diet. That's a myth that you shouldn't be spreading.
