down with sliced bread!

So lets talk about the natural ebb and flow, rise and fall, predator vs. prey...winners and losers.  In the battle for health in the form of RAW foods, I came out fighting, but somehow was swayed to the side of the
enemy.  Damned sandwiches are soooo persuasive.  So easy and comforting...it's like hanging out with a great friend, but as it turns out... that friend... just wants me to be fat!  Honestly I am such an addict of cooked food...my spare tires got together last night and had an intervention...and now this girl understands the importance of listening to my body, (man is it pissed off!)

I am still away from home...away from my beloved vita-mix...I weep whenever it's name is mentioned.  I NEED A SMOOTHIE, NOW.

Anyhow, my man and I are both back to our original weight, which is unfortunate for me, (having thrown out all of my fat pants.)  recently i've re-discovered my love for skirts!   We decided to change, again, So you will all be witness to what is about to happen.

Phase 1: eat as much raw for breakfast and lunch as we need and have a cooked grain or bean dish for dinner...
Phase 2: green smoothies!  i'll have my good friend Sarah ship my beloved mixer to us, so we can engage in phase 2
Phase 3: join forces with the energetic maniacs at the Y and work our way to skinnier, (this is gonna be good, last time I played racquetball I hit myself with my racquet, in the face!)
phase 4: is a great movie!
Phase 5: participate in a 5 k as a family...ps. my man doesn't know about this yet...hehehehe! (I'll see if he is supporting my blog or not!)
